For Patients With Insurance:
If you have dental insurance, as a courtesy, we will file the claim for reimbursement to you. We ask our patients to provide us with complete information for their dental insurance, so that they can best utilize their dental benefits and get reimbursed as quick as possible.
We are always available to answer your questions about insurance to the best of our knowledge, however, your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company, and we are not a part of that agreement. Our treatment recommendations are based on what we believe is the best for our patients oral health, and not on what the insurance will cover or not.
For Patient With Insurances That We Are In-Network Provider:
For insurances that we are an in-network provider (see list below) the patient portion (co-payment) of your bill must be paid at the time services are rendered. We will bill the insurance company and allow 60 days to render payment in full, after that the patient is responsible for the entire balance which is due in full upon request.
